If there is any software problem with your phone in use, please contact our after service and we will deal with the problem as soon as possible.

If there are hardware problems with the phones, we have the following solutions:

1. If there is any hardware failure of the phone itself within 12 months from the date of order, please send the phone to our Asia Service Center (We will let you the full address then) and our repair team usually maintain it within 5 working days and send it to you soon. In this process, the repair is free of charge, and the freight will be split by both of us.
2. If the phone is damaged in customer side, we can still replace the parts and repair it for you, but the customer should in charge of the cost, including replacing parts and the freight.
